Giving Back to the Community

Truck Mart LLC strives for excellence in all that we do. Our business has been incredibly blessed throughout the years and it is our goal to give back to the community that we are proudly a part of. A percentage of our monthly proceeds is donated to various charity organizations throughout the year. Whenever possible, our staff also gets together to offer a helping hand with community events.

Organization Details:

Truck Mart LLC has worked with many different charities and organizations over the years. We believe that each one plays an important role in the community. Here are just a few:

We had the pleasure of making another vehicle delivery.

This past week Truck Mart DBA Car Starz made an appearance at the annual Shippensburg Fair! We got the chance to meet a lot of really great folks in the community (and get dunked by a few of them) and we even raffled off a 2019 Toa Toa. All proceeds were donated to Grand Point Church of Shippensburg. We hope to see you next year!

Truck Mart LLC DBA Car Starz was able to donate a beautiful van to a deserving woman through Community Cares (C.A.R.E.S.). This organization serves the Cumberland County region and helps provide living assistance and resources to those in vulnerable positions. Truck Mart LLC was one of the main sponsors of the Central Pennsylvania Chainsaw Carvers Festival, 2022!

Dirk and Audry Baumgardner met with Marcie Ditzler Taylor to donate the funds raised by the Chainsaw Festival raffle. The money raised will help support their grief education and support programming.

Drew Michael Taylor Foundation is with Dirk Baumgardner and Marcie Ditzler Taylor.

We raffled off two jeeps and a chainsaw during the event. The proceeds raised from the raffle were donated to the Drew Michael Taylor Foundation.

Thanks to everyone who participated!

Sara Small of Gardners was the winner of a 2005 Jeep Liberty 4WD

Aarne Stefanon of Mechanicsburg was the winner of a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Frank Kovatch of Shippensburg won a Stihl chainsaw

This December some members of the Truck Mart staff volunteered to help with the Shippensburg community annual Christmas Party. Each family who attended received a meal along with presents for the children.
